Do I retain ownership of my vehicle?
Yes. You remain the legal owner of your vehicle throughout your partnership with SHED. Our role is to professionally manage and mobilise the vehicle within our e-hailing operations, while providing the systems, oversight and support needed to manage its day-to-day use.
How does SHED manage and protect my vehicle?
Every vehicle placed in our care is managed through structured operational systems focused on responsible use, driver accountability and ongoing vehicle oversight. We work closely with our management partners and drivers to monitor operations and address concerns as they arise. Our goal is to manage every vehicle responsibly while preserving its long-term value.
Who will drive my vehicle?
Vehicles are allocated to drivers who have undergone our required onboarding and suitability processes. Driver placement and ongoing management form an important part of our operational model, allowing SHED to maintain greater oversight and accountability throughout the partnership.
What happens after I submit my vehicle?
Once your vehicle information has been submitted, our team will review the details and assess its suitability for our operations. If the vehicle meets our initial requirements, we will contact you to discuss the next steps, complete the vehicle assessment and provide further information regarding the partnership before any agreement is entered into.
